Our ideal profile is small- and medium-sized software companies that offer high-impact products to their customers, with a minimum of $1-20M in revenue and healthy margins. We’re agnostic to where companies are based in the world, and prefer working with teams who think globally about their business. Often, our target companies are Founder-led or family-owned, and sometimes the principal owners are looking to monetize the value that’s already been created (or even step back from day-to-day operations). Strong culture and employee satisfaction is of paramount importance. We’re open to all sorts of target industries, but specific areas of focus include Financial Services, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, and Healthcare & Life Sciences.
